CONSERVATION RESERVE PAYMENTS

CONSERVATION RESERVE PAYMENTS

Conservation Reserve Payments (CRPs), established with the Farm Act of 2002, offer annual payments and cost sharing to farmers to preserve environmentally sensitive cropland with resource conserving cover for a 10-15 year period. The Farm Act of 2002 established a total land reserve of 39 million acres.

Our funding sources can provide cash upfront for these future payments as the payments are easily assigned through the use of an approved U.S. Department of Agriculture assignment form.
