CONSERVATION RESERVE PAYMENTS
- Conservation Reserve Payments (CRPs), established with the Farm Act of 2002, offer annual payments and cost sharing to farmers to preserve environmentally sensitive cropland with resource conserving cover for a 10-15 year period. The Farm Act of 2002 established a total land reserve of 39 million acres.
- Our funding sources can provide cash upfront for these future payments as the payments are easily assigned through the use of an approved U.S. Department of Agriculture assignment form.
